This ship has been renovated for shipping company Noordgat Terschelling. The main purpose of the renovation was to make the ship more capable for salvaging on rough seas. This meant that every control panel that used to be on the outside, such as deck winches and towing pins, had to be moved to the inside. The system had to be reliable, but also straight forward. We placed a desk behind the window in the wheelhouse. From there the whole ship and working deck can be controlled. The distribution device and all electric support devices are relocated to the desk cabinet. An overview in the pictures below.
